Botania Relais & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World is 500 metres outside Lacco Ameno, near Ischia’s San Montano Bay and the Negombo thermal spa, easily reached by a footpath. Rooms are located in Mediterranean villas. The entire team at Botania went truly above and beyond during our stay. We felt SO welcomed, cherished and cared for. The room was beautiful, comfortable and we were given a complimentary upgrade. The grounds, restaurants and pools were spectacular. Especially the staff, they were truly so engaging, authentic and incredibly friendly. We LOVED the Yoga classes in the morning with Luisa, she adapted the class to our needs and truly helped make the stay even that much for relaxing and wonderful.

This 5-star hotel is around a 10-minute walk from Castello Aragonese and 150 metres from the lively Corso Vittorio Colonna main street. The property is a 10-minute drive from the ferry harbour of Ischia. Everything. The staff here are impeccable nothing is too much trouble they go out if their way to make sure you are having the best time, the hotel has lush gardens all around making you feel as though you are miles away.

Il Moresco is framed by a high lava-stone wall and a centuries-old park with pine trees, gardens and thermal-water pools. There is also an indoor wellness centre, parking is free.

All rooms of Il Moresco Grand Hotel are air-conditioned and come with free Wi-Fi and slippers and bathrobe. Some rooms offer sea views across the Gulf of Naples. stay at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel is clean and authentically beautiful, surrounded by stunning nature. It's just a minute's walk to the private beach. But what stood out the most was the people. Everyone, from the staff to the waiters, was incredibly attentive and kind. The waiters, in particular, took great care in the hotel restaurant (highly recommend ) , and you could tell it came from the heart. It was a lovely experience. in the evenings they played the piano on the terrace . definitely would love to come back

All the rooms and suites at the San Montano Resort & SPA feature a TV and en-suite bathroom with slippers and free toiletries. All rooms have a balcony or a terrace, and some offer sea views. We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have hoped for in a 5-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond—helping us with restaurant reservations, organizing transportation, and even offering to book a driver for Naples. The food at the on-site restaurants was outstanding. We truly can’t wait to return!

Rooms at Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant are furnished in a typical Mediterranean style, some with antique furniture. Each room has internet access, and a private balcony, with views of the garden or of the sea.

The Michelin-starred restaurant, Indaco, serves delicious cuisine of the Campania region and international recipes. There is live music in the cocktail bar every evening. Gorgeous hotel full of charm & elegance in equally gorgeous surroundings. Incredible staff and service. Great food too. The breakfast was exceptional.

The wellness centre at the Manzi Hotel & Spa extends over 1600 m² and is built on the grounds of an antique thermal spa. The wellness centre is for adults only and a babysitting service is available on request. Hotel was lovely, room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the spa area and the gym as well. Breakfast was little bit limited but you were able to order for example omelette and other products from the kitchen. Staff was very welcoming and also when leaving early in the morning, they were waiting at the door and organised my travel to the airport.

The hotel's spa and wellness centre offers a range of treatments using the island's thermal waters. Guests can enjoy a luxurious massage in one of the outdoor gazebos.

The poolside restaurant has stunning sea views and a roof made of palm tree leaves, and the main restaurant is adjacent to the tower. The buffet breakfast of homemade bread and pastries is served on the terrace. Amazing setting and incredible staff! Food was excellent too.

Mare Blu Terme is in Ischia's old town, overlooking the Aragonese Castle and 200 metres from the main shopping street. The hotel features its own thermal baths and wellness centre. The rooftop terrace is equipped with free sun loungers, parasols and deckchairs. Everything . So lovely and great facilities. great staff and great breakfast

Featuring a shared lounge, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, and hot tub, as well as a restaurant. Our favorite and best hotel on the island of Ischia. Great spa, delicious breakfast with stunning views of the sea and the castle, very helpful staff at breakfast and reception. Luxurious interiors and the best location on the island, we always stay there. 🤗

Miramare Sea Resort & Spa is set in a pedestrian-only area of Sant'Angelo, on the south coast of Ischia. Directly facing its private beach, it offers Mediterranean-style rooms with a sea-view balcony. Breakfast is buffet style. It is strategically located and very close to the beach. The scenery is charming.The service is very good and the staff are very friendly.
