The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The location was very close to the historic center and very walkable. Very safe to walk around. Front desk staff Beatriz, Martina and Donato were very friendly and helpful. Fabiana at the breakfast service was increíble.

Best of all was the attention of Alessia in the front desk and her great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Hotel Palazzo Papaleo tarjoaa kattoterassin, jossa on poreallas. Se sijaitsee Otranton katedraalin vieressä, muutaman askeleen päässä merestä. Patricia and Matteo were excellent from arrival to when we were departing. The hotel is right beside the historical castle and two minutes from the sea. We had a wonderful time for our short stay.
