The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The location was very close to the historic center and very walkable. Very safe to walk around. Front desk staff Beatriz, Martina and Donato were very friendly and helpful. Fabiana at the breakfast service was increíble.

Every service attended to us are perfect, from dining to pool drinks service, front desk and cleaning lady. The place is strategically located in the middle of Puglia where it’s easy to travel anywhere to any location of the region. We could easily go to Gallipoli, Otranto, Lecce, Castro Martina Franca. Our tower room was amazing like in a fairytale. Our room and their facilities are very clean. SPA services are excellent. Food is amazing too, Highly recommend this hotel!

Offering a rooftop terrace with hot tub, Hotel Palazzo Papaleo is next to Otranto Cathedral, a few steps from the sea. Patricia and Matteo were excellent from arrival to when we were departing. The hotel is right beside the historical castle and two minutes from the sea. We had a wonderful time for our short stay. Thank you, Tara and Tony, Ireland
