Amazing hotel in Venice made our visit to the city so exceptional. I have to give big thanks to the staff for their caring and support during our stay. Basically our luggage has not arrived at the airport, however the staff at the reception were dealing with the issue as it is their own responsibility. They were tracking our luggage status with the lost and found department, and when the luggage arrived they contacted us immediately. The breakfast was so good, many options in the menu and the food is so delicious. The room is very nice and the bathroom is so convenient. The hotel is an old palace and it has it’s own deck for the water taxi. The location of the hotel is very central where we could reach the attractions easily by walking. We really highly recommend this place.

It’s one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in the staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming they kept suggesting me things to do and they always wanted to make me happy the room is well designed and very luxurious and they offer a free parking which was really nice

The room was spacious and the Aqua Di Parma toiletries added a great touch of luxury. The night use of pools was great!
