Everything great. I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

The beauty of the riad was really nice and it was really cozy and the people were really accomodative and sweet and they tended to our every needs. Very cozy and would highly reccomended.

Riad Palais Ommeyad هو عبارة عن قصر تقليدي يقع في المدينة القديمة ويتميز بديكور على الطراز المغربي ويضم مسبحًا في الهواء الطلق وحوض سبا ويوفر علاجات المساج والجسم، ويقع جامع Karaouiyne على بُعد 20... Absolutely amazing!!! Just come come come you won't regret it LOL. The suite is beautiful and spacious, Very good location and good view of the whole medina city at the restaurant,enjoy the sunset . Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all

يقع فندق Palais Faraj Suites & Spa في قلب فاس في قصر عربي مغاربي سابق، ويوفر إطلالة على "مدينة". The hotel was very luxurious and comfortable. We had a lovely suite initially but due to a water leak we were upgraded to the Royal Suite which was truly amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to the old town including many restaurants, sights and the Medina.
