All staff showed outstanding hospitality and genuine care. Zineb is a highly professional massage therapist, not just a light massage but a truly therapeutic experience. And Mohammed at the reception took care of everything for us from start to finish with great attention and kindness.

We had a lovely suite initially but due to a water leak we were upgraded to the Royal Suite which was truly amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to the old town including many restaurants, sights and the Medina.

Hotel Les Mérinides ligt in de heuvels van het prachtige Fez en nodigt u uit om de historische wonderen van deze stad vol historisch erfgoed ontdekken. Superlief en zorgzaam en behulpzaam personeel . Ik heb heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. Je werd meteen al ingelicht door een aardige man Driss over de geschiedenis van de stad. Het hotel was heel schoon. Verder alleen maar positieve ervaring.🥰🥰🥰🌹
