Its a new property, comfortable bed and pillow, very friendly staff, clean, breakfast was good. Every night there would be a staff asking if you need a change of towel, they provide nuts and minibar. I love the playlist of song they play at the lobby.

It was a big palace that was modified professionally to be use as hotel 3. The hotel finishing such the walls , ground , and decoration cannot be found in any hotel in fes 4. Free parking with a security protection . Nobody can enter unless he is staying inside 5. The team of the reception individuals were so nice ( سفيان ، اشرف ، ابراهيم ، فاطمه الزهراء ) , always they welcoming the hotel guests , in addition they offer they help for any need arise. I shall not forget the upgrade that I got from the hotel management .

Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. Mr Omar from the reception received us very well. It was a nice welcoming, and we felt immediately like we were home. The check-in was very fast, which was important because we had a 4 hour cat ride to arrive from Casablanca. Thank you Omar!🙏 The rooms are big and very clean. The swimming pool is wonderful and huge, sun all day over it. Our daughter had an amazing time during our stay. The location is perfect, next to the mall and close to the centre where you can have anything you need by foot.
