Alright, so I stayed at Hotel & Ryad Art Place in Marrakech, and overall, it was pretty amazing. The location? You literally couldn't beat it – right next to the main square and the famous souks. Talk about being in the heart of the action! Breakfast was seriously good – a real highlight of my stay. And the staff, wow, they were incredible. There was this one guy, Ravi, who was always around, super prompt, and helpful with absolutely everything we needed. The room was also a great size, plenty of space to chill.

The staff is very kind, helpful when there was a problem (especially the one at the reception). I received a gorgeous room and thanks again for the surprise for my birthday.

Absolutely loved our three night stay at Yin Hotel and Spa. 30 mins outside of the centre of Marrakech, which was exactly what we wanted having visited twice before and had spent several days travelling around Morocco by car. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, with an immaculate attention to detail demonstrated throughout. The team was attentive to our needs from our initial greeting to when we were leaving. The pool area is beautiful, quiet and all of the areas ooze quality, sophistication and refinement. We'll definitely be back and really can't thank the team enough.

Their care was always present yet never intrusive, and we truly appreciated the way they anticipated every wish without us even asking. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm – a perfect blend of Moroccan authenticity and modern comfort. The rooftop terrace deserves its own highlight: a peaceful oasis with stunning views, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. Whether for breakfast or a quiet evening drink, it truly elevates the whole experience. The location of the riad is excellent – close enough to reach the vibrant heart of the Medina within minutes, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy calm and privacy whenever desired. From here, we could easily access all the cultural highlights, restaurants, and markets Marrakech has to offer.

Staff was extremely friendly and assisted us with all of our enquiries. They told us to feel at home at Riad Merzouga. We really did enjoy our stay even though it was only for 1 night. Our departure was at 7am but they made sure we had coffee and packed our breakfast to take away.We appreciated this very kind gesture. Will definitely recommend Riad Merzouga to family and friends in South Africa. Rashid even entertained us with banjo music to which we clapped along and danced.
