The staff was fantastic-- Hind was so kind and funny and helpful; she gave us recommendations for shops and restaurants, booked us an early taxi for our 6 am flight, and communicated with the kitchen staff to make sure my sister had a vegan breakfast. Great sunset views of the medina from the rooftop lounge area.

I also had the best excursion ever through the hotel it was perfectly organized and truly unforgettable. Everything I needed was within easy reach. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Yin Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and amazing experiences.

I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.
