From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored estate home, converted with great care to create a **lovely and cozy atmosphere**. We appreciated the **drinking water available on tap**, which added a nice touch of convenience. The **raindrop shower** was another highlight, featuring excellent water pressure and unlimited hot water—perfect for a relaxing start to our day. Speaking of mornings, the **breakfast at the hotel restaurant** was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options that fueled our adventures in San Cristóbal. Overall, the combination of the staff's warmth and the hotel's charm made our visit special, and we will certainly return on our next trip! Having NFL RedZone was a huge bonus for me during American football season.

Set in tropical gardens in Palenque, this hotel has 2 outdoor pools and a Mayan-style spa. Located in a collection of charming thatched buildings, rooms feature satellite TV and a private bathroom. We really liked our stay Villa Mercedes. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area and hammock by the pond were great. Really enjoyed the sounds of frogs and cows in the distance. The bathroom didn’t have any fan, that’s all I can think of as a minus.

Even though you can see bugs and mosquitoes in the halls, there aren't any inside the room. AC works fine and hot water pressure is perfect. The blinds inside the room help it become very dark, so you can have a good rest at night.
