Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. We were only here for one night and were very sorry not to be here for longer as we loved Puebla and the hotel. Rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, the communal areas, including pool and outdoor courtyard were wonderful. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the whole place was spotless and lovingly taken care of by the staff.

Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, so much so that we immediately booked an extra night! If you're looking for peaceful, quiet days away from the daily rush, this hotel is absolutely perfect. Claudia greeted us warmly, and the entire staff spoiled us with delicious food and exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel is also incredibly well-located, offering easy access to the center of Cholula and nearby woods for beautiful nature walks. We truly hope to come back very soon!
