Everything - staff etc. My husband got sick from some bad food he ate somewhere. I couldn't find bananas anywhere as it was a Sunday. Adalid sent some complimentary bananas to the room. Elizabeth arranged for us to stay some more hours in the room until our bus so that he could sleep in the room. Thanks so much. The hotel itself is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything.

Pretty and fine paintings and room creations, incl the cupola all over the hotel. Magnificent breakfast and very pleasant pool area.

Located in Puebla and with Acropolis Puebla reachable within 6 km, L Hotel Perla Boutique provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi throughout the property... The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, but the highlight was the location. The fact my mom and I could walk out the door and experience all the Puebla has to offer made it worth visiting again.
