Elizabeth arranged for us to stay some more hours in the room until our bus so that he could sleep in the room. Thanks so much. The hotel itself is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything.

The rooftop pool is a highlight. It’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Everything was immaculately clean, and the hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore Puebla. We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend our trip to spend more time here.
