Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel.... Michelle at the reception takes the cup..so helpful, kind and professional. I have never experienced any service like what Michelle offered. Excellent hospitality. I will never forget her.

Nestled in the very heart of Rotterdam, a bustling city known for its rich history, contemporary architecture, and innovation, the hotel is centrally located and very well connected by public... We had an exceptional stay here! The hotel is in the ideal location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the central station which was very convenient. The lobby was very stylish and well decorated, and our room was clean and spacious. The best thing about this hotel is the staff though - everyone was so warm and welcoming, which made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Rotterdam.

Mornings you hear the gulls on the canal and an easy walk or tram ride gets you to the center of the city. The bed is exceptionally comfy and the couch/kitchen area made it easy to have our daughter over for an evening meal. The building is truly unique- your own mini-castle! Wendy checked in appropriately to see that our needs were being met.

For such a big place, it is run with efficiency. We never had to wait for anything. This was also true of their very pleasant spa and swimming pool. The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed.
