Because of our travel season, hotel is quite available to update our room from graden view to street side. The room is wonderful. The bathtub is perfect for us to relax.

The staff and the service are great. We received so many small gifts during the stay like: rain coats, water containers, unlimited free mini bar and room service, chocolates, etc… plus, dinner and lunch were included in the room price (full board). The room is rather small, but has all the luxury items! The hotel gives you access to the Hiram Bingham lounge at the águas calientes train station which is a huge plus (the station is super crowded), even if you are taking another train like vista dome. Plus, they will take care of your luggages from the hotel to the lounge.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we want to give special commendation to Manager Diego, who was exceptionally attentive to every detail and to our comfort. When our room service was delayed and we raised the concern, he immediately took action—going above and beyond by even arranging complimentary van transportation to the airport. That level of service is rare, and it truly sets this hotel apart. The ambiance and location were excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, a wonderful experience.

It's a 5 star hotel and provides all the service and ammenaties you would expect. Helpful, courtous staff, compfortable rooms centrally located in a wonderfull old building.

Located 6 km from Nogalpampa Stadium in Urubamba, Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. This is the best hotel I have ever been to. Incredible location facilities room bed and scenery, a piece of heaven and I can't wait to going again.

The breakfast was delicious and elegant. The staff members in the hotel is nice and I feel so welcomed while studying. Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.
