The hotel will arrange luggage take-up at the train station so I can join the Machu picchu tour directly without wasting time for logistics. And when some of our luggages were not transported by the train company from Cusco to Machu picchu, the staff Jhon gave us a big hand and solved the issue smoothly. I do appreciate the whole team of the hotel and specifically thank you Jhon for his service.

This former monastery dated from 1592, offers luxurious colonial-style accommodation set around a courtyard. Beyond amazing. I loved this hotel in every way. The spacious room, the architecture and the service. You will have an amazing time there. The concierge Roger helped us planned all the activities and restaurants during our 4 days stay, he was perfect. The building is gorgeous and worth visiting. I will come back one day for sure! I definitely recommend !

Casa Andina Premium Cusco offers accommodation In central Cusco overlooking Limacpampa Square, with traditional, courtyard-facing rooms. The hotel building is lovely, with beautiful courtyards which turn it into a haven in busy Cusco. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom had everything that we needed. The breakfast layout was good and ample. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt supported when my husband fell ill and needed medical attention. After this, one staff member kept asking us how he is, something we truly appreciated.

Located 6 km from Nogalpampa Stadium in Urubamba, Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a delux room and the setting and room were beautiful. There were so many nice touches like turn down service with hot water bottles and staff lighting the fire in our room at night. The spa was great and the treatments were life changing. I can’t fault anything about our experience and all the staff were brilliant. We will be back.

The breakfast was delicious and elegant. The staff members in the hotel is nice and I feel so welcomed while studying. Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.
