I have no words to describe what our experience at this hotel was like. I traveled with my mom for four nights, and we had the best experience of our lives. The place is beautiful and perfectly located. From the moment you arrive, everyone greets you kindly with a big smile. The room had an oxygen system to help with acclimatization, which was very thoughtful. My mom experienced altitude sickness, and when we called the reception, they immediately sent a paramedic who provided outstanding care. When it was time to leave, my mom literally cried out of emotion. We will definitely come back.

Aranwa is set on a sumptuous 17th century hacienda on the road to Machu Pichu. Luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a spa featuring alternative medicine treatments and a museum. Everything - Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Spa, Engineering and Landscaping, Security, Kitchen. Every single detail during my stay was incredible. Spa was the best!

This luxurious hotel with landscaped ponds and direct views of the Huayna Picchu Mountain offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with iPod docking stations. We spent the previous night in Agua Calientes. The next morning, John Pizarro reached out via WhatsApp (if you don’t have this app, I’d recommend downloading it!). He met and helped us get on the earlier Consettur bus to avoid the afternoon crowds that will be coming on the afternoon train. Normally, you are only allowed to board the bus half an hour prior to your Machu Picchu admission time. Ours was at 2pm. John talked to the Cobsettur staff and we were able to board the bus at 11am since we are staying at the lodge. Once the bus stopped at the lodge, Jessen welcomed us and personally escorted us to the 2nd floor where we checked in and waited for our room to be cleaned. Check in was at 1pm so we were early. Crucial and Ruth checked us in and invited us to the traditional ceremony where we did offering to the 3 mountains. It was pretty meaningful. In the evening, Edgardo knocked on our door and offered turn-down service and brought us candle in a big beautiful bowl. Edy was our waiter for dinner and breakfast the next morning, very accommodating to us being vegetarian and even offered us a dish not on the menu that he asked the chef to make for me. We were definitely glad to have him again the next morning. Jason started us off with the menu and finding us a good seat. At the front office, Andrea was very helpful and asked us if we had brought raincoat since it started raining. We had bought the 5 soles raincoats but Andrea provided us raincoats and water bottle to take with us to Machu Picchu. Andrea also checked us out and was super friendly, very knowledgeable. Kevi went out of his way to find me smaller change. He had to go to 3 different areas to make sure I had smaller change. Jessen walked us to the bus the morning we checked out. We went to Aqua calientes since our train departed at 4:30. John, the hardest working guy, escorted us to thenlounge after we were done shopping. All the staff I mentioned above deserved the recognitions! Thx all!

This former monastery dated from 1592, offers luxurious colonial-style accommodation set around a courtyard. Very friendly and professional staff. Amazing historical building. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous! A lot of options and great service.

Casa Andina Premium Cusco offers accommodation In central Cusco overlooking Limacpampa Square, with traditional, courtyard-facing rooms. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we want to give special commendation to Manager Diego, who was exceptionally attentive to every detail and to our comfort. When our room service was delayed and we raised the concern, he immediately took action—going above and beyond by even arranging complimentary van transportation to the airport. That level of service is rare, and it truly sets this hotel apart. The ambiance and location were excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Located 6 km from Nogalpampa Stadium in Urubamba, Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. This is the best hotel I have ever been to. Incredible location facilities room bed and scenery, a piece of heaven and I can't wait to going again.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, a bar, and a restaurant, this hotel is a remodeled palace and has walls made of Inca Stones. Free WiFi is provided and buffet breakfast is included. The breakfast was delicious and elegant. The staff members in the hotel is nice and I feel so welcomed while studying. Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.
