The staff consistently went above and beyond to help me. They did their best to accommodate my request for an early check-in, and later in the afternoon, when I unexpectedly needed to return to Jeddah from Umluj due to an issue, they were incredibly supportive. Not only did they voluntarily check whether they could refund part of my stay — and succeeded — but Nouf and her manager also took it upon themselves to actively look for a taxi to take me back to Jeddah. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A good hotel is important, but when problems arise, exceptional staff make all the difference. Nouf and her manager handled everything in the best possible way, and I am truly grateful for their help.
