Staff were wonderful, especially my concierge Moss - so friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. This included arranging restaurant bookings, providing relevant information, and anything else I needed, including even rescuing my iPad from the bar where I forgot it upon departure, and arranging for it to be carefully packed and couriered to my hotel in Bangkok so it reached me the next day before my return to Australia.

We spent 10 days at Cape Away on Samui in January. The prices are very reasonable and attractive for this kind of accommodation and service. We were really lucky! Location The location is excellent—about 45 minutes from the airport in the evening traffic. There are great restaurants and bars nearby, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to the main street with a supermarket, pharmacies, etc. Beach The hotel has its own private beach, and it’s beautiful, with a stunning view. Everything is very clean, the sand is soft, and the water is perfect. Sun loungers and towels are provided, and you can order food and drinks from the restaurant. There’s also beach massage available. It’s quiet and peaceful, with very few people around. Nearby there’s a “wild” part of the beach with amazing sunset views. Accommodation Everything is brand new—the place opened recently. There are several villas in the complex, all with great views. Inside you’ll find everything you need, including a large (!) refrigerator and microwave. Hairdryer, clothes steamer, air conditioning, and TV are all there. Special mention to the smart toilet ;) Outside, there’s a private yard with a swing and your own jacuzzi. Housekeeping is daily. Food Fantastic, varied food at the on-site restaurant. Delicious breakfast is included in the room rate, and everything else is discounted. The food is very tasty and filling. Prices are very affordable. A great bonus is that you can order food directly to your bungalow, and the staff can even prepare something off-menu on request, including healthy meals. We had dinner every evening with a sea view—there were beach performances, live drumming, and music. But everything gets quiet after 10 PM! If you want more variety, there are a few more good restaurants within a 20-minute walk. Service and Staff The staff are super welcoming, kind, and friendly. They respond quickly to any request and are very helpful. Their English is decent.

Amazing location, amazing staff, especially Jeep who went over and above to handle a change of room for us and couldn't do enough to help us with some of the local attractions. (Muay Thai etc) The staff are so friendly from the breakfast and bar staff to the cleaners and the food was amazing! We stayed in one of the private villas which was superb and highly recommended!

Lo staff è molto cortese ed attento ad ogni esigenza. La camera era pulitissima al nostro arrivo e anche le pulizie durante il nostro soggiorno sono state impeccabili. La colazione e i piatti offerti dal ristorante sono di buona qualità.
