Truly a 5 star service hotel. Great people and lovely staff. Hassan in special was a great guy, always friendly and happy! We felt like we were always welcome and at home at the hotel. Great amenities like a spa, room service (great food) and nice shuttle to Ao Nang.
View is magical, looking on the great rocks in Krabi.

The resort was truly 5 star! Let alone that that resort was top quality the location and views were amazing. It was like something out of a movie. I would definitely go again.

the only big minus point is: the quality of the food is not tasteful, everything is pre-cooked and just reheated - no fresh food! therefore it is not a 5 star hotel at all.
otherwise a very relaxing, quiet, clean and comfortable beach resort with all amenities, fitness center, (restaurants), great spa, nice pools with lots of sun loungers and shaded areas, direct access to the sea, play area for the kids and a great kids club etc.

The breakfast was definitely the worst I've ever had in a 4 or 5 star hotel in Thailand, they couldn't even make a Thai omelette .
Rooms old and in need of updating. But they were clean.

Everything. This place is a real 5 star resort. Staff were so nice, location very beautiful and amenities superb. Very clean and beautiful room. They offer complimentary yoga and boxing classes which were very nice. Spa is amazing.

Nothing - ok - maybe in some rooms a real wardrobe in the 38qm rooms and an ashtray would give the last perfection - nevertheless - a GREAT and real5 Star hotel !
Service is amazing and is doing everything to satisfy your wishes - situated it’s in my eyes very good - but not as crowdy Ao Nang! Very new buildings - very clean and breakfast is amazing !
Expect for in-house drinking and dining higher prices - but around are also a lot of good restaurants and bars !
Go there ! Have great vacations ! It’s an amazing place

Best Place on earth. From the gardener to GM is everybody so polite and taking care of you. They made everything possible we wished. I've never seen a luxurious and private place than PB. All restaurants are outstanding but Lay lay is on michelin star level 🌟 thx CH
