A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel, and once again we are very happy with our experience! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere makes us feel at home. We especially appreciate the attention to detail and the consistent quality of service. Every stay here is truly relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again!

The hotel and resort are more than wonderful, especially all the staff from reception, guest relations, housekeeping, restaurants, and lounges. I would like to thank the hotel manager, Erem, and guest relations team Derya, Irin, Murat , Hassan from burger inn , really all the staff and team, as well as the Doctor and Nurse for their kind treatment after the special situation we encountered. A special and big thanks to Erem; you were truly wonderful, and we thank you immensely. Additionally, I must mention that all the activities are superb, and the food is beyond delicious. Thanks to the chef. The hotel is truly amazing, amazing, amazing. I highly recommend visiting this resort—it’s nice, clean, with delicious food, fruits, and snacks, and wonderful & great staff. As for the entertainment, it was both engaging and high-quality. The hotel hosted a fantastic lineup of activities and performances that kept guests entertained throughout their stay.
