Featuring a bar, The Ritz-Carlton, Portland is set in the centre of Portland, 600 metres from Portland Art Museum. • The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom and elegant modern design throughout the building. • The staff were impeccably trained and professional — a real highlight of our stay. • I greatly appreciated the early check-in, which I had requested in advance and was honored without any issue. • There was also a thoughtful surprise in the room for my wife and daughter, which I had asked for — again, a big plus that my request was fulfilled. • We didn’t bring our own toothbrushes, and the hotel promptly provided them upon request. • Speaking of amenities: the quality of toiletries, toothbrushes, and other room supplies was exceptional — easily the best I’ve encountered in any U.S. hotel.
