We had the honour of staying here for three nights during the opening week, and it exceeded all expectations. We’ve stayed at many five-star properties across the Asia-Pacific region – including IHG, InterContinental, and Marriott – and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. We dined at both open restaurants, La Baguette and Marina – each was exceptional. The A5 Wagyu was the best we’ve ever had, and the grilled chicken dish was truly outstanding. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views. But what made the stay truly unforgettable was the service – warm, personalised, and consistently attentive. Every staff member went out of their way to make our visit special with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Breakfast was another highlight, and we’d like to give a special shout-out to the young gentleman who introduced us to Vietnamese coffee – what a treat! You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created here. It’s a remarkable beginning and a recipe for long-term success. Wishing you all the best – until next time!

The infinity pool is stunning, and although there is a small fee to access it due to the property being a homestay apartment, the price is very reasonable. We were also warmly and attentively assisted by the host, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Stepping on the boat felt like stepping back in time, with beautiful Art Deco interior details blended with nods to Vietnamese culture throughout. It was a truly luxurious stay from start to finish, with a beautiful meal and excellent service. The views were beautiful throughout too. If anything, it was hard to drag ourselves away for excursions!

What truly stood out was the Front Office team – they were exceptionally professional, attentive, and friendly. Their thoughtful support made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family!
