The location was amazing, very short walking distance to the historic cental park area, restaurants, markets and public transportation. Winston who was on the desk many days throughout our stay provided exceptional service. Winston's English is excellent as well and that was very helpful.

It was a great experience. Nice hotel, excellent breakfast, amazing service!

The room I was given was beautiful, vintage and absolutely spotless, the bed was comfortable and the hosts were super lovely and helpful; I had a bus at 6am and they called a taxi for me! The hotel is also located in the perfect location, very close to everything.

Got a huge room at the top floor with a very nice view. Was soooo spacious and cozy. Breakfast was also really good and tasty. Great support from reception to make reservation of Restaurant and taxis

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Victoria in Cuenca for six nights, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The breakfast was delightful. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. They are incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Next time we’re in Cuenca, we won’t even consider staying anywhere else—Hotel Victoria is our go-to choice. A perfect 10/10 experience!

Great spa with thermal spring water in a large swimming pool, a hotter small pool., cold pool, mud therapy pool and steam rooms. Lovely roomy Junior Suite. Weather was cool so we were glad there was heating to turn on.

The hosts were muy amable. Its a convenient location, however in a social club district that is noisy late at night on the weekend.

The staff helped us with everything we asked for. They were also very attentive and took great care of my mom. They called a doctor when she felt unwell and were always willing to monitor her recovery. The food and facilities were amazing.

I stayed at Nass del Sur during my trip to Cuenca, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel is right in the historic center, just steps from the main square, the cathedral, etc. Everything worth seeing was within easy walking distance. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and sights. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with local fruit. Despite being central, the hotel felt peaceful at night. WIFI was very fast, also the stuff brought me a table to organize a working zone (thanks a lot for this)
