Really liked the welcome package of a bottle of wine, biscuits and the milk in the fridge! Loved the layout, decor and comfort of the cottage! Great modern devices, fab central heating and hot water! The view from the bedroom window! Hythe is a beautiful place so much to explore from canals, the sea, quaint shops and so near Canterbury!

Loved the apartment! Tastefully decorated and furnished. Sea view from balcony. Welcome pack of bread, butter, milk, eggs and wine + tea, coffee and biscuits a really thoughtful touch. Location- midway between Folkestone and Hythe. Good walks + bus stop right outside

Property was booked for my niece and her friend, over from America for the first time as lone travellers. They were thrilled with the size and quality of the property after hostel accommodation, and loved the fantastic sea views on both sunny and stormy days. Special thanks to Tim and Nicky for being so helpful to them and leaving a lovely note for my niece to wish her a happy birthday. They had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave

The flat is spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. Parking is plentiful and arranging a permit was exceptionally easy thanks to the prompt response of the owner. The flat is on the periphery of Folkestone but within easy walking distance of the city centre, harbour etc.
