A special mention to Mr. Goutam Sharma at the front desk, who attended to me with great professionalism and warmth. His courteous behavior and helpful attitude made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely care about guest comfort, and Mr. Sharma certainly stood out. Overall, the staff was friendly, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and refined. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

No Water in the Washroom, Worst experience, Customer service doesn't respond, all the bathroom fittings are not intact, shower doesn't work, I had to use the kettle as a mug for bathing as the room doesn't respond. No Hot water, Pathetic lenin quality.
