Nice hotel with all good quality amenities. and very friendly staff. All of the staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly, and took great care of us with kindness and respect except for one individual, whose attitude unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience. However, I am still happy to give a full score of 10, without deducting any points for the one staff member who affected the overall atmosphere of the stay. All staff in Era restaurant are attentive and went beyond our expectations.

The hotel is modern, stylish, and cozy, with great attention to detail. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything I needed. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. I would also like to highlight the calm atmosphere and the convenient location, which made both relaxation and getting around the city very easy. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the OPO Hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. Superb location, close to the train station. Short walk to the historical center from one side and to the museums on the other side. The room is small but convenient with proper desk and chairs. Big shower. There is coffee machine in the room. Good breakfast is available and the staff was friendly. Its on a small alloy so it is not noisy although its in the middle of the city.

Mario - the host; he was so welcoming, gracious, warm. His tips were fabulous! Surprised by the hot tub in our room :) Beds were comfy, breakast was excellent!!!
