The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is delicious. The staff are kind and very helpful. Free parking available in the garage of the hotel. There is a headed pool and spa. The location is great, near the ski area and the center of the place. Highly recommend.

The location couldn't be better in Borovets, the breakfast was too good 😋, the kids really enjoyed the kids club and the hotel overall is well updated and well kept. I recommend this hotel !!

The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!
