Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. The spa is amazing—very unique! It's easy to spend 2-3 hours enjoying the facilities. We also booked daily massages, which can also be highly recommended. The other delight is the cinema in the basement: a full-scale cinema running arthouse movies—very cool! The breakfasts also deserve mention - very good!

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. We loved everything! There were free snacks the whole day! amazing breakfast! Very helpful! And bery nice rooms! Clean and spatious

Enjoying an elevated, quiet but central position in Zermatt, 200 metres from the Sunnegga Cable Car, BEAUSiTE Zermatt offers beautiful panoramic mountain views, as well as an indoor pool, spa... First of all, the hotel provides shuttle services to/fro Zermatt train station. That truly helps travellers a lot especially with the luggages we are carrying. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff provided very warm welcome to us. We reached around 11AM. Even though our room was not ready yet, the staff kindly offered to bring our luggages into our room once it is available. That allowed us to explore the town while waiting for our room to be ready. We were stunned by the beauty of the room when the room was ready. We booked a room with Matterhorn view, and were given the top floor at the main building. The room was spectacular, very warmly decorated and equipped with good amenities. The management team also kindly provided us some snacks and personalized welcome card at the mini bar. The mini bar is equipped with all kinds of snacks (chargeable) and truly provide the convenience. What's even more stunning are the view from the windows. Our room has 4 big windows - 3 in the room, 1 in the bathroom. 2 of the windows in the room provide a direct view of the famous Matterhorn, while the other faces the Zermatt-Gronergrat train track. The window in the bathroom faces the Zermatt-Gronergrat train track. Both views allowed us to stay comfy in the room, while not missing out on the beautiful view of Matterhorn and the incredible Gronergrat train which pass by every 30 mins. The hotel is equipped with multiple pools, the most incredible being the heated outdoor pool which provides a view to the Matterhorn. There are 2 indoor jacuzzis and 1 indoor swimming pool, as well as multiple sauna rooms. We used all the pools everyday during our stay there. The outdoor pool was our favourite, soaking in the warm pool, while taking in the view and enjoying the sun. The breakfast spread was the best among all the hotels we staying in throughout Switzerland. Be sure to include it in your stay.

Everything..new and very modern hotel..spacious well designed and highly comfortable Rooms..balcony with nice views..very clean ..the underground parking is spacious with direct access to the hotel..few minutes walking to the train station..breakfast is very simple..This is a great hotel in all aspects with lots of room to improve the breakfast..

Perfect location, just far enough away from the busy life in Saas Fee to experience the tranquility of the woods. Beautiful views of the Weissmies and the valley below. Excellent kitchen and an impressive wine cellar. Nevertheless, it was the friendliness and personal attention from everyone in the hotell staff that made the biggest impression. Top notch!

Montela Apartment-Hotel & Resort in the holiday region Saas-Fee Saastal ตั้งอยู่ในซาส-กรุนด์ของภูมิภาครัฐวาเลและสามารถไป Allalin Glacier ซึ่งห่างกันไม่เกิน 14 กม. The accommodation is great. They are new apartments that are well maintained, everything was perfectly clean and prepared. We had a ground-floor apartment so the children could use the snowy spot in front of the terrace at any time. Everyone is very nice from the receptionists to the cleaners, quick responses on chat. We were really very satisfied.

Breakfast was good. Location was central. We booked a room with view. Was able to see the gold Matterhorn from our balcony early in the morning.
