Tim and partner were very helpful. They speak English fluently and they guide us for our trip to Huangshan mountain. Tim was kind enough to wake up early and make us breakfast as we needed to get to the 1st bus. He even drop us off at the bus stop! 🥺 The hotel is clean and chill. Overall great experience!

During our check-in day, we noticed a hygiene issue in the room and immediately reported it to the hotel staff. The hotel took our feedback seriously, responded quickly, and communicated with us in a very professional and friendly manner. They offered us a room upgrade to a deluxe suite and provided appropriate compensation, which made us feel that the hotel sincerely cared about guests’ experiences. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service. The staff members were kind, patient, and proactive in addressing our concerns. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the south gate of Huangshan Scenic Area, making it very convenient for visiting the mountain. The room was comfortable, and the mountain view from the room was a wonderful highlight of our stay. Thank you to the hotel team for their hospitality and thoughtful service. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. Our host was simply wonderful and went above and beyond to make our trip to Huangshan memorable. She cooked us delicious and hearty breakfasts every morning, provided us with rides to the mountain entrance, and even drove us to local restaurants for dinner. Her recommendations for the best local places to eat and buy authentic Huangshan tea were invaluable. The accommodation itself was fantastic. We had a very comfortable, large bed and a stunning panoramic view of the mountains from our window. A real highlight was the private jacuzzi in the room – perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The guesthouse also has a lovely, friendly cat that was a delight to come home to. The location is peaceful and about a 20-minute walk from the city center, where you can find numerous restaurants and shops. We would recommend this place 10/10 without any hesitation. The only very minor downside was that the room was a little chilly at times, but it was a small price to pay for such an otherwise flawless experience. We can't wait to return!

Excellent stay. The hotel was outstanding in every aspect. The breakfast offers a very wide variety of options, including many choices suitable for Western guests. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is very convenient if you need to wash your clothes during the trip. The gym is very complete and well equipped. My room was huge, very neat, extremely clean, and the lighting was perfect. It was also very quiet, so I was able to sleep very comfortably. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and also very patient with me, even though I did not speak any Chinese. Another great point is the location: there are many restaurants around the hotel, with plenty of options to choose from.
