The staff is very friendly and helpful. I requested to checkout later due to my flight and they were ok with it and made the necessary arrangements.

We enjoyed every single moment spent there. For start, we got a free airport transfer to the hotel. The owner met us at the place showed us our room, which was clean and had a great view on the pyramids. Everything was working without problems. We even had a fridge in the room. Amr, the owner, is the best! Without him we wouldn't have had such an amazing experience. He offered us plenty of tour, trips and cruises, such as the trip to the Red Sea, the Pyramids, Nile Cruise and a lot more, that we haven't visited due to not having enough time. He even had some hand made jewelry to offer. When we were leaving, he even gave us some gifts to remember him by. All in all, this is definitely the place to go if you want to have an amazing experience in Cairo. Definitely will recommend!

The location is excellent, very close to the Pyramids, which made it easy and convenient to explore the area without long travel times. I stayed there with my family, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were clean and well organized, the service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a perfect place for families, with a calm and safe atmosphere. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit

Everything here was positive and Good energy with the panoramic pyramids view & sphinx The receptionist Abdallah (btata)😂 he was wonderful super man he made for us late chcek in and at the reception there was helpful operator for the tours named ayman, he organized for us two tours one to Giza Pyramids and another one for the nile cruise the tourguide was very kind and professional he didn’t left us he explained for us everything, the driver was nice he drive very good …. At the cruuse the food quality was very good and the belle dancer was wonderful. The hotel has elevator and panoramic pyramids view from the room and from the roof top you can see… panoramic pyramids view, Sphinx and the new grand Egyptian museum, woow. The room’s size was good, and clean and comfortable and modern facilities also the hotel has elevator. Everything was perfect, recommend this wonderful hotel
