Huge room and really kind, helpful staff. Special thanks to Aya at reception and Doaa from catering, they made our stay better and always made sure we were comfortable. The private horse ride to the pyramids was amazing (book it through the hotel). The rooftop view was beautiful, and New Year’s Eve felt magical with all the fireworks. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

The hotel manager, Mahmoud, welcomed us warmly and was very friendly. All The staff were also helpful and polite, easy to deal with, and always ready with a welcoming smile. Having staff who are eager to please you makes a big difference, especially when you arrive tired and eager to get to your room. The room is really clean The location is very close to the Pyramids . The view of the pyramids is wonderful, and the breakfast is more than excellent. !!!I will definitely stay at this hotel again
