Hotelli Rakuuna ligt in Lappeenranta, op minder dan 1 km van haven van Lappeenranta en 11 minuten lopen van South Karelian Art Museum, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge en gratis... It was my first time in Lappeenranta and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel is fabulous, filled with history, clean, confortable, and staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. A few blocks down the hotel's street, there's a brewery called Tuju (To you) that serves a Margherita pizza (Marko-Riitta as they call it) that's simply the best I've ever tasted. The city of Lappeenranta as a whole invites one to walk around, contemplate the lakes, its beautiful streets and parks and enjoy some of the famous South Karelia's cakes (10 out of 10). It's been definitely an experience worth repeating ;)

Lietsu Boutique Aparthotel - Huoneistohotelli Lietsu ligt in Joensuu, en is voorzien van een gedeelde lounge. I think Lietsu Boutique Aparthotel is exemplary. The room is clean, quiet and have nearly all I needed. Location is great as well.

Lomavouti Cottages is gelegen in Savonranta in de regio Oost Finland en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en toegang tot een sauna. Het was er heerlijk rustig. Ieder huisje heeft een eigen terrein en eigen aanlegsteiger. je kunt er heerlijk zwemmen (het water is erg schoon en voldoende warm). Voldoende privacy.

This property is on a family farm, 12 km outside Savonlinna and 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Pellosjärvi. It offers a private beach, a lakeside sauna and a summer restaurant. The hosts are considerate of customer language challenges with Finnish, and were helpful with local travel logistics as the area hosts a yearly opera festival each July. Room was exceptionally clean and included a bidet hose, little known in the Americas but a very refreshing hygiene feature. Exceptional amenities included a shared kitchen space with common games for casual interaction, row boats and fishing tackle.

Spahotel Casino is located on a private island on Lake Saimaa, 500 m from city center of Savonlinna and the 15th-century Olavinlinna Castle is 1.5 km away. The room we were given in was outstanding with an exquisite view over Lake Saimaa. This was the best view we had from a hotel in our trip through Scandinavia. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast had a large variety! The location of the hotel was perfect.

Dit hotel ligt aan het belangrijkste plein van Savonlinna, Kauppatori, direct aan het meer van Saimaa. Great hotel. Good breakfast selection and friendly front desk. Room overlooked the market and was delightful
