Blue Lagoon City Hotel ligger centralt i staden Kos, bara 200 meter från hamnen. Hotellet har en pool med intilliggande restaurang och bar samt ett spa med gym och inomhuspool. Hög standard och fantastisk personal som såg sina gäster och hälsade med ett leende på läpparna. Fint poolområde. Läget en bit upp i Kos stad är bra med närhet till gamla stan.

Kos Aktis är ett lyxigt, minimalistiskt designhotell som ligger intill stranden i staden Kos centrum. The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

This hotel fully met our expectations, and in some aspects even exceeded them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, quite spacious for a hotel, and having a private terrace with direct access to the pool added even more to the holiday mood. Housekeeping was done every day, so whenever we returned from the sea, the room was always clean and cozy. The soundproofing was quite good, except for the occasional noise when someone used the stairs in the neighboring room, but it was hardly noticeable. I especially want to highlight the hotel’s restaurant. This is a separate point and a huge advantage of the hotel. The breakfasts served there were incredibly delicious, included in the room price, and for an additional fee, we could enjoy VERY tasty lunches and dinners with beautifully presented dishes. Since we mostly dined at restaurants during our stay, this was probably the best restaurant on the entire island, with surprisingly reasonable prices. I would also like to mention Angela, one of the hotel restaurant staff members — thanks to her, this vacation became one of the best in our lives. A personal recommendation: ask Angela for advice on restaurants in Rhodes if you want to try some local cuisine. Every recommendation she gave was spot on and of the highest quality. Thank you very much for this experience!

Room 3123: I highly recommend this hotel. This is our sixth visit to Greece and definitely the best hotel we have stayed in. We liked it so much that we want to accommodate our wedding guests here next year. The biggest advantages: - private beach with plenty of sun loungers - phenomenal food, a mix of local and European cuisine - very, very friendly and helpful staff, girls at the reception and cleaning ladies 10/10 - the hotel creates an “experience,” i.e., it transports guests to more distant parts by electric cart, gives them fruit and wine as a welcome gift, etc. - for me, probably one of the most important things : cats are treated very well here, and as we know, in Greece this varies. Of course, there are stray cats here, but they are fat, everyone pets them, they go where they want and no one chases them away. I don't understand where some of the negative reviews come from. If I wanted to, I wouldn't have anything to complain about. I highly recommend it!

SPONGIA HOTEL SUITES & Spa erbjuder 4-stjärnigt boende vid stranden i Mirtéai och har säsongsöppen utomhuspool, trädgård och egen strand. Allt! Detta var det bästa hotellet vi någonsin bott på. Rummet var superfint. Poolen var hur fin som helst. En trappa ner till havet, med härlig strand. Även i anslutning till piren där båtarna går till telendos. Personalen var den bästa personalen som finns! Så hjälpsamma och måna om oss. Ljuvlig frukost, citronmarängpajen pratar barnen fortsatt mycket om.

Sagredo Boutique Hotel & Spa ligger i Agios Fokas, 8,1 km från Hippokrates träd, och erbjuder boende med ett fitnesscenter, gratis privat parkering, en trädgård och en egen strand. Since this is a newly opened boutique hotel, we came with fairly high expectations. From the very beginning and to the end, every aspect of this holiday had exceeded all our expectations. The hotel facilities, the outstandingly professional staff, the fairly secluded location without masses of other tourists, the peace and quiet, the food quality (and quantity, for those worried) and brilliant beachfront all deserve a straight 10/10. This is a small hotel with roughly 30 rooms and therefore perfect for all that wish some peace and intimacy. The hotel has an open outdoor gym - compact, but one of the best equipped I've witnessed anywhere else in the Mediterranean. Who ever designed the gym obviously has an idea what equipment is actually useful. A big bonus - something commonly neglected by so many five-star hotels - is the quality of the coffee. Each cup at breakfast is prepared to order by a skilled barista (without a surcharge!) and is thoroughly enjoyable (from americanos to milk-based drinks). The staff was absolutely outstanding, professional and always helpful. The room was consistently made twice daily (in the evening, we usually just asked for more water and an occasional towel) and the staff at the restaurant was always friendly and open. There are not many options to dine out in the walking distance of the hotel, but this was never an issue for us, as everything prepared by the hotel restaurants was always very tasty and of high quality. And very reasonably priced. For those wanting to visit Kos town, the bus stop is located literally outside the hotel front gate and will take you to town once every hour for 2 Euros pes person and in about 25 minutes. For those wondering why the hotel only has 4 instead of 5 stars - we firmly believe this is simply because they do not have a pool, which would also have been completely unnecessary. The beachfront is extraordinary with always enough options to find a spot and a few steps away from your room.
