Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Miranda. The building, the patio, the breakfast, the staff were just perfect and made our stay at Hydra even better.

Hospitality was first rate. We were well looked after. Lovely breakfast was a bonus. Nice location right on the waterfront. 10 minute walk to main commercial centre. Visited during off season. Some things closed but did not spoil the visit.

So relaxing. Beautiful people. The owner and staff were so lovely. Rooms are beautiful. It was perfect.

Gorgeous hotel - breakfast was incredible, so was lunch! We didn't have dinner there as we were on the Island for a wedding however I can only imagine it was as good. Staff were so lovely and friendly. The pool was a great bonus too as it was too windy to go to the beaches over the weekend. Lots of cute shops around and super close to the port. We really enjoyed our stay!
