If this is the case, hotel should require pay in advance rather than threaten customer like that. Breakfast was slowly replenished. Room decor was nice, but constant noise from room next door, hallway and water pipe in the ceiling. Bathroom has no hand towel and hair dryer only available on request. Bath towel not replenished everyday. Arrived at around 22.15. No bellboy to help with the luggages at all. Only 1 receptionist standby despite full house info.
