Easy to get transport from the hotel by calling grab or gojek. Hotel lobby is clean as well as room is also very clean, really pleasant stay at the hotel. There will be a staff at the door help to open the door for you at the lobby. Very thankful to 1 of the staff for helping me to press the lift when seeing my mother having difficulty with her eyesight and also walking problem. Really make my day :) I would rate 5 star for this hotel and staff really have excellent customer service and really make your day for staying at this hotel. It feel like family. Hotel room is really spacious too.

Situated in Medan, 400 metres from Medan Train Station, Grand Central Premier features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a restaurant. The hotel is fairly new compared to the surrounding areas, it’s modern, grand, has good facilities, bar, restaurant, gym etc. the staff we’re helpful and friendly and also accommodating to me cancelling 2 of my 7 rooms that I booked for a large group, free of charge.
