We booked lakeside view and stream view room. Definitely recommend the lakeside view room as the location of this Hotel is very well placed facing the Backwaters. The staff upon arrival were very friendly. Sorry if I have misspelt any names but special compliments go out to: Febi/Femi who was very sweet in giving us a tour and guiding us to our rooms. We met Vishnu at the restaurant who was really helpful in recommending what to eat as one of our guests fell ill. Also, we met the exec chef Pratheesh who always made the effort to talk to guests and the same with us. We will very much miss Vishnu and Pratheesh, nice guys and wish them all the best!

Perched on a hill, Blackberry Hills Munnar Nature Resort & Spa boasts views of the Sahya Mountain ranges. Beautiful resort with spectacular bird life in a very comfortable villa with fantastic shower and a panoramic view. Best Indian food in a long long time with attentive service. Highly recommended.
