The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks for service in Ukrainian language and very friendly and responsible staff who do really care what they do. The bed was comfortable, heating was great and can be tuned in a way comfortable for you. Everything was super clean. It's worth noting the nearby parking, though it comes at a cost of 18 EUR per 24 hours, but it is worth to use it for a better experience. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The outdoor swimming pool is still open and the water temperature is 38 degrees, friendly for the kids playing in the water, but still feel cold if you only stand in the water in this winter season. The lifeguard is very conscientious and responsible, he stays at the poolside whenever there is even one person in the pool.
