The staff is wonderful and sympathetic, everyone does their job exceptional good and conduct themselves very professional. The interaction of the hotel employees also felt very personalised like you would find in mostly 5 star hotels. So Turin Palace for me felt like a 5 star experience hidden in a 4 star one. I loved my stay there.

Located just opposite the shores of Lake Maggiore, Park Hotel Italia offers an outdoor pool and a fully furnished garden with sun loungers. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel; the location in Cannero Riviera is perfect, very close to the place where we can take the ferry and literally on the promenade along the lake. We had a room with a view on the lake and it was magical. The breakfast is the best breakfast we ever had; so many options! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we didn't expect such a high quality. The price was more than reasonable for the experience we had. Everybody at the hotel was very welcoming and we really hada great stay.
