Situated within 8.3 km of Horai-ji Temple and 36 km of Hamamatsu Fruit Park Tokinosumika, Hazu Gassyo features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Shinshiro. First, the baths. Relaxing in a hot bath under the open sky, surrounded by stunning nature and a sense of complete seclusion, was truly a unique experience. We were incredibly lucky to be the only guests in the entire hotel during our stay, so we had both outdoor baths entirely to ourselves. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Each meal was an assortment of different Japanese dishes that would be difficult to discover and try on your own. Everything was prepared and presented to the highest standard, and the kaiseki-style serving made it feel even more special. And finally, staying in such a grand traditional Japanese room was unforgettable. It felt as if we were living in one of the palaces we had been visiting throughout Japan.

Way exceeded my expectations for a Courtyard Marriott, it looked like a JW Marriott. Even the bathroom fixtures were high quality, grohe & hansgrohe. There was a Nespresso machine in the room. A friend who lives in the area said the Toyota execs stay here, which I can believe. Short taxi ride to Nagoya station, which we highly appreciated on the return trip. (We initially took public transportation to the hotel which was a mistake given the paucity of escalators in the local stations.)

I stayed at this hotel in Nagoya and honestly, the location is just amazing. It’s super easy to get to Nagoya Castle, the best yakiniku spots, and pretty much anywhere you want to go. And for places that are a bit too far to walk, taxis or the subway make getting around really quick and easy. I totally fell in love with this city, and staying at such a good hotel definitely helped with that. Overall, a great stay in a great city. I’d happily stay here again.

The interior and LEGO vibe is everywhere. The room decorations are fantastic. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Room is spacious enough. A variety of food for every taste for breakfast. The best was play room for kids.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier sijaitsee 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä JR Nagoyan asemalta. Majoituspaikassa on 24h-vastaanotto, ja kaikissa tiloissa on ilmainen WiFi. Perfect location just 10min walk from when you step out of the train in Nagoya station. Friendly staff, large rooms, comfy beds, clean and amazing view. I've stayed here twice for business trips in Nagoya and it been great both times. I did not have the breakfast but coffee machine is available in the room.

Open from March 2015, Dormy Inn Premium Nagoya Sakae is just a 4-minute walk from Sakae and Fushimi subway stations. All guests can enjoy the natural hot spring bath on site. I came here with 2 friends, all in our 20's. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. It was not very roomy but it wasn't a problem. It was pretty crowded with guests, but there was enough space for me. Even if you weren't to use the onsen, I think coming here is worth it. The breakfast was included with our room and that was our favorite part. There were various options and the food was restaurant quality. They provided robes and slippers. The wifi and air conditioning worked great, and the room was pretty spacious. We dropped our luggage off in the morning and came back later in the day. The staff was very friendly and helped us find good restaurants to eat at around the area. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I would come here again with my parents or someone I am trying to treat, but probably not with my friends if we were on a budget.
