Relaxing in a hot bath under the open sky, surrounded by stunning nature and a sense of complete seclusion, was truly a unique experience. We were incredibly lucky to be the only guests in the entire hotel during our stay, so we had both outdoor baths entirely to ourselves. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Each meal was an assortment of different Japanese dishes that would be difficult to discover and try on your own. Everything was prepared and presented to the highest standard, and the kaiseki-style serving made it feel even more special. And finally, staying in such a grand traditional Japanese room was unforgettable. It felt as if we were living in one of the palaces we had been visiting throughout Japan.

My kids rate it TOP1 from all hotels we visited in Japan (including Universal studio, Disneyland and 10 other). Everything was awesome, room was big, lobby is full of lego and lift is…. This i wont say cos it would be a spoiler. Stuff was amazing and there was many many things more that will be a great surprise for Your kids.

They have a public bath which is always a plus. The staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is good and very cheap, it's every morning the same buffet, but it's good and for the price you can't complain. We stayed in a double room, and the bed was huge, specially for Japanese standards. Happy hour 😄
