Greeted by a great team who helped with all our questions and then there were all the special little extras like the kitchen items to rent for free for our room, the kids games and records etc. A great hotel that goes the extra mile. The team were also fantastic helping our group get to the airport organizing our taxis and luggage. Thank you we really appreciated it.

The hotel is fairly new, very well appointed, and a great location with enough things to do in Hanazono. The thing we appreciated most was the hospitality -- the staff were very attentive and helpful, from the front desk, room service and in-house dining. Our room had a beautiful view, the beds and beddings were great. We actually had the best sleep here.

Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection. The property is about 9 minute walk from JR Sapporo station which is very convenient. The onsen was very nice but can be crowded in the evenings.

I wanted to experience an onsen but I wasn’t sure what it would be like. My expectations were met and more! Love everything about it! We will go back!

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

Chatrium Niseko Japan se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Hirafu v destinaci Kutčan. Hirafu Station se nachází 4 km daleko, Hirafu Golf Center 4,1 km a Lerch Memorial Park 6,2 km. Loved that the kitchen was pre-stocked with everything we needed to make our first morning breakfast! I didn't realize this when I booked and pleasantly surprised. The beds were firm and very comfortable + 2 pillows per person, a luxury in Japan!

Boasting ski-to-door access, The Maples Niseko is set in Niseko, a minute's walk from Niseko Grand Hirafu. All rooms feature a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Very convenient for it’s ski-in ski-out facility. Room was cosy and comfortable. The washing machine and kitchenette definitely helped for longer stays. Location was very strategic as it was only a few minutes walk away to great eats and the convenience stores. Staff were always so helpful and friendly.
