The staff is wonderful and the facilities are amazing, ranging from a very large double bed, face masks / skin care products, a great design and lots of space. Everything. The futons were very firm, which I really like. The amenities were top notch. Probably the best hotel slippers I’ve seen :) lovely staff & the free flowing sake is unbeatable. We just love this place ! Beautiful and best service ! We have one of the bigger room , very comfortable tatami futon bed and both breakfast & dinner were outstanding ! Hope to return one day !

Everything, upon arriving and entering the lobby then into our room the surroundings already felt super relaxing, even more inside the room where all you need is available from full skin care, comb, body towel, coffee, black/matcha, different type of pillows (firm/soft). We didn't get the chance to try the onsen, breakfast was great as well. Options of japanese and western sets for each person. Check-in was smooth and the concierge was super helpful.
