The location is outstanding — just a five-minute walk to the tram station, and 20 minutes to the city centre which made it extremely convenient for us to go anywhere we needed. Upgraded staying on the 4th floor, the room was remarkably quiet. The hotel is genuinely dog-friendly, give Kiko a dog bed and bowl, Kiko is relax and unwind after a long day. The room is very big and the bed is spacious and very comfortable. For a pet-friendly room, it was surprisingly clean with no unpleasant odors. Free mini bar is an add on with a free ps station and Marshall speaker is high quality. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
