The staff is very friendly and helpful. Communication was great on the day of my check-in. 10/10 recommend!

The location was excellent, and the facilities were interesting, well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. Sandra checked us in, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time in Morelia very much and enjoyed staying and the Casa de Eugenia as well. Sandra made us a lovely breakfast in the morning too.

Staff were helpful, caring and cheerful. Latecia's english was very good and she gave excellent recommendations for sites to visit that we hadn't seen before.

This boutique hotel is located in a 19th-century colonial house with quarry tiles, just a 2-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and free private parking. The location was amazing. Walk to all the Youtube spots. Food, stores, everything is close. The staff was so nice. We ate an amazing breakfast every day and the coffee was perfect. We did have a room with a/c which was great. Don't agonize over where to stay, this is it.
