We enjoyed all interactions with the staff. The breakfast was a feast. Beautiful and delicious. Canadian hotels could really learn something about breakfasts that are included with the room. The location was superb. Right in the heart of town. They do need to re-think the front entrance. I think it needs to be more accessible for the physically handicapped. Overall, a great hotel!
