I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

Nastanitev LUSTER Hotel na enkratni lokaciji v središču mesta Lizbona nudi sobe s klimatsko napravo, zunanji bazen, brezplačen WiFi in bar. V hotelu Luster smo preživeli pet dni, ki so bili resnično nepozabni. Čeprav sem v preteklosti obiskal kar nekaj petzvezdničnih hotelov, lahko z gotovostjo trdim, da Hotel Luster ponuja vse značilnosti, ki jih pričakujemo od petzvezdničnega hotela, čeprav je ocenjen s štirimi zvezdicami. Odlično razmerje med kakovostjo in ceno. Sobe so prostorne in skrbno očiščene, zajtrk pa je bil izjemno pester. Spa je bil odlična izbira za sprostitev, bazen pa velik in vedno čist. Poleg bazena so na voljo tudi savna in fitnes soba, kar je idealno za vse, ki radi telovadite. Hotel se nahaja le dve minuti hoje od metro postaje, kar omogoča enostaven dostop do centra mesta. Notranjost hotela je lepo oblikovana in se zdi, da je relativno nova, verjetno stara le dve do tri leta. Z veseljem priporočam Hotel Luster!

Nastanitev Hotel Hotel - Member of Design Hotels se nahaja v Lizboni in ponuja zunanji bazen, vrt, teraso ter bar. Nastanitev se ponaša s storitvijo concierge, na voljo pa je tudi restavracija. I loved so many things about our stay, I will start from the beginning, before even arriving they were helpful. We had a last minute additional person and they were able to accommodate us in a room that could fit 3 ppl. Upon arrival they were warm and genuinely friendly, they kept our luggage and advised us they will notify us via Whatsapp when the room was ready. The room was ready 1.5hr before typical check-in. They gave us suggestions on restaurants and things to do, they were also able to book the hop on hop off bus tour for us we were only there 2 days so this was best for us. Our Last night there, we got caught in an insane down pour of rain, our sneakers were soaked! Again they rescued us, as they were able to dry them for us!. My friend was celebrating her 40th birthday and they had a lovely card and delicious desserts waiting in the room, as well as a cheese platter and complimentary bottle of wine! Let's talk about the restaurant and bar, absolutely delicious!!! I will be dreaming of food and drinks for a while.

Warm and friendly welcome. Staff are kind and helpful. Room was clean and a very comfortable bed. Location of the property was excellent.
