It's the second time I've stayed here on work visits. The staff are friendly, helpful. They let us check in 3 hours early, which they really didn't have to, and we were so grateful. The breakfast is ample and pretty tasty. The pool is great. The room is huge and bed super comfy. And the bath in the bathroom is a real bonus!

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing area, the Excelsior offers a tennis court and a fitness centre. Downtown Asuncion is only 500 metres away. Wi-Fi is free. The team that runs this hotel is truly worthy of praise. Excelsior is among my favorite hotels in the centro of Asunción because the staff members always make me feel welcome. Guests get an immense value for their money. I am a repeat guest and will continue to be one.
