The hotel is right at the entrance in Kiruna, from south, and it has a very imposing architecture, the bar at the 12th floor offering an amazing view until far distance. At the ground floor there are the lounge/bar and the restaurant, with great food options (buffet for breakfast and a-la-carte for dinner). Also there is a gym at 11th floor with basic but enough utilities for most needs. at 12th floor there's a sky-bar which exceeds the view and I fully recommend. The room was very spacious and with comfy beds, nice and clean bathroom. The daily cleaning is not by-default, if you need cleaning one day you need to ask at the reception. A special mention for the very helpful and supportive staff, both at reception and at bar/restaurant. We really liked it and fully recommend!

Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, IceHotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. The Ice Hotel is a piece of art. My kids loved the evacuation slide. Getting thermal suits, gloves and boots for the hotel family for our entire stay was a plus. The staff is exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. We could see the huskies , my kids were not old enough to go on a tour so we skipped it. Grocery store is nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is good. We stayed at the Arctic Chalet, it was a pleasant stay.

Offering free spa and gym entrance and a modern restaurant and bar, this hotel is centrally located in Luleå, just 300 metres from Luleå Central Station. We were lucky enough to get a complementary upgrade to a mini suit, so the room was huge and we definitely enjoyed it. The stuff was very polite and friendly. Relax was also nice and clean.. The location was also very central so we could walk around the city center.

Just 1 km from Coop Arena and 10 minutes’ drive from Luleå Airport, this eco-friendly hotel offers free sauna, pool and gym access. The staffs are friendly and breakfast are good. Location is perfect and with free parking. The room size is big enough for both of us, bed is comfortable. Bathroom is the best compared with the other Scandic hotel. Overall, this is the best among all the Scandic that we had stayed for the past few weeks.

Surrounded by mountain nature, Camp Ripan is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city centre. It offers free WiFi, in-room flat-screen TVs and traditional, seasonal Swedish and Sami food. All personnel was smiley, kind and helpful. The cabin was warm and clean. The hotel was near to the bus stop where the airport transfer buses pass. Also the breakfast was amazing. I was a solo traveler and really felt safe.

This historic hotel is located in central Piteå, only 5 minutes’ walk from the bus station. It offers a restaurant and on-site gym. WiFi is free in all rooms. Piteå Stadshotell was built in 1906. Fantastic staff from reception to restaurant staff. Breakfast was an amazing buffet and the food was so delicious we ate dinner at hotel 3 nights in a row. Exceptional food and value. M
