Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

Gorgeous hotel, from the moment you arrive you truly feel you are on vacation. Staff were at the door to greet and manage luggage, check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect, just steps from Broadway and food and drink options as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame all accessible from the main lobby. Our room was lovely, great view of the city and comfortable beds. Rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect (would love to return in warmer weather for the rooftop bar!) Definitely recommend and will stay here again!
