Our butler Rifqi was exceptional, attentive, thoughtful, and always ready to make our stay even more special. The camel ride with Anwar was another highlights of our trip. He not only has a wonderful personality and creates such a natural connection, but he also takes amazing photos that capture the magic of the desert perfectly. The Dome was simply fantastic, luxurious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We also loved our visit to the camp and the stables everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their attention to detail and warmth made us feel at home in the middle of the desert. We loved every single moment of our stay — thank you to Rifqi and the entire Al Marmoom team for such an incredible and heartfelt experience.

The staff were extremely kind and friendly, with special attention given to children. Many thanks to the restaurant team, especially one gentleman (unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but I believe he was a supervisor) who took the time to talk with my child about dinosaurs — a moment we truly appreciated. The entertainment team was wonderful as well. My little boy had an amazing time and felt very comfortable; even though he doesn’t speak English, he happily took part in the activities and was warmly included. The entire complex is clean and beautifully designed. The entertainment areas, playgrounds, and dinosaurs truly immerse you in a Jurassic World story, making it a perfect destination for children who love dinosaurs — and not only for them. Even we, the adults, absolutely fell in love with this place. The rooms look exactly like in the presentation photos. Since the accommodation is a tent-style lodge, outside noises can be heard, so guests who are extremely sensitive to sound should keep this in mind. However, throughout our entire stay, we did not experience any noise-related issues. The food at the restaurant was exceptionally tasty and of high quality. Overall, the stay was exactly what we had hoped for. Congratulations to the entire team! Our 7-year-old son said it was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at — and that says it all.
